1. Who sells

This shop is run by Fynn Piekarek, Imfangstrasse 1, 6005 Luzern, Switzerland (see the imprint). It is an independent shop. It is not an official Minecraft product and is not approved by or associated with Mojang or Microsoft.

2. What you buy

You buy a one-time redeem code that unlocks a cosmetic cape on a Minecraft account. A code works once; the cape stays on the account that redeems it. Codes work on Java and Bedrock edition, worldwide, unless a product says otherwise. You redeem the code yourself at minecraft.net/redeem.

Mystery capes: you receive one cape, picked at random from the capes listed on the product. Capes are not equally likely: common capes come up more often than rare ones. You cannot choose which cape you get.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency on the product and include any fees. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your bank may charge a currency conversion fee.

4. Delivery

Codes are delivered digitally: they appear on your order page right after the payment is confirmed, usually within seconds. Keep the link to that page; it is your receipt. If a product runs out between your payment and delivery, the missing codes are delivered as soon as stock is back, or refunded if you ask.

5. Right of withdrawal

If you are a consumer in a country that grants a right of withdrawal for online purchases, you agree at checkout that delivery starts immediately and that you lose this right once the code has been delivered.

6. If a code doesn't work

Contact us within 14 days at with your order number and a screenshot of the error. If the code was not redeemed before, you get a working replacement or a full refund. Codes that were already redeemed, also by someone you shared them with, cannot be replaced.

7. Chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment with your bank. We keep records of when each code was delivered and opened.

8. Age

You must be 18 or older, or have permission from a parent or guardian to buy.

9. Liability

Capes are managed by Mojang and Microsoft. We are not responsible for changes they make to capes, accounts or redeem services after delivery. Our liability is limited to the price paid, as far as the law allows.

10. Trademarks

Minecraft is a trademark of Microsoft Corporation. Product and cape names are used only to say what a code unlocks. The pictures in this shop are our own illustrations, not game artwork.

11. Law

Swiss law applies. Consumers keep any mandatory protection of the country they live in.
